Egg 24-7 utilizes a state of the art Pasteurization system engineered and installed by SANOVO and to pasteurize all of its liquid egg products in order to ensure shelf life, quality, and consistency. Upon its installation in 2008 it was the only system of its kind in the United states and is specifically designed to preserve the functionality of liquid egg.
Egg 24-7 liquid Egg is Micro-tested after processing to ensure stability, chilled or frozen before being shipped out. Shelf life samples are maintained and monitored for all lots produced.
USDA Officials are on site each and every day of production to monitor that product stays pure, safe, and intact, from arrival, through processing, storage, and finally shipping.
